Motivating, organising and coaching individuals and teams as a whole to deliver consistent performance● Managing and implementing policies and procedures within the store; to ensure the store operates legally and importantly protecting the store, colleagues and customers. ● Responsible for delivering KPI’s; and ensuring all colleagues are aware and working towards achieving weekly, monthly and annual targets across all KPI’s. I have consistently managed stores and store teams to deliver strong results● Proactively maintaining the highest standards; through motivating and expecting high standards from all of the team. As a result giving the customers great availability of products, excellent customer service, and an enjoyable experience within the store.
