Ensuring effective communication and liaison with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring communication methods are engaging, accurate and timely.8. Responsible for embedding safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults within the College and contribute to a safe learning and work environment ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Safeguarding Policy and procedure.9. Ensuring the provision of the study programme, additionalities and enrichment as appropriate to the 16-18, 19+ and HE students.10. Supporting and improving teaching, learning and assessment by observing and grading lessons in line with the Common Inspection Framework. Judging teaching, learning and assessment, identifying Good practice along with action planning areas for improvement.
