Effectively manage resources to ensure value for money and achieve annually set budget7. Ensuring effective communication and liaison with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring communication methods are engaging, accurate and timely.8. Responsible for embedding safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults within the College and contribute to a safe learning and work environment ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Safeguarding Policy and procedure.9. Ensuring the provision of the study programme, additionalities and enrichment as appropriate to the 16-18, 19+ and HE students.10. Ensuring the effective implementation of the College’s Single Equality Scheme, supporting policies and action plans.11. Providing appropriate cover in staff absences.12.
