I am an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious individual with a strong desire to progress my career within the Information Technology sector, building upon my customer support & technical skills and experience gained in IT support and more recently Integrated payment systems support. I have over 20 years’ experience across many technologies, the last 8 years being in the Financial Card Payments Industry; working in partnership with blue chip companies providing 3rd line technical support to terminal and website payment systems. An excellent communicator, who can build working relationships at all levels and can adapt easily to learn new skills. I am a flexible team player, unafraid to take ownership, delivering consistent results to strict deadlines in a self-motivated and dedicated manner, maintaining high standards of professionalism throughout. My previous technical experience also incorporates Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, HP Servers & Switches, and several VOIP phone systems including Cisco call manager. I have experience in designing, installing, and supporting older version Windows networks, various versions of Sage including EPOS and payroll, and experience with Structured cabling installation.
