Leading a team of sales staff for UNICEF Ireland and Dogs Trust Ireland to ensure and maintain consistent sales figures and KPI’s. This role required excellent time management & organisational skills due to the number of staff.Developing and organising in-house training sessions for new and existing staff. Training would be given for one hour each day with the aim of making an impact and motivating the team to sell effectively. Lead by example with my own sales while organising and mentor staff on and off the field while providing a responsible link to ensure a clear flow of communication between management and sales staff.

• Managing a team of 20 fundraisers based throughout South Wales and South West England.• Assessing the training and development needs of three team leaders and seventeen fundraisers to implement efficient in-house training sessions.• Trained and developed over 100 new and existing sales staff. • Mentoring, organising, and motivating staff on and off the field. • Achieved a silver Starfish Fundraising Award for raising over £75,000 for UK charities in 2011.• Highest weekly and daily sales with Home Fundraising 2010.
