The African Conservation Hub is a Sustainable Impact Development organisation that links the Economy to the Environment. It is our responsibility to protect the environment, to ensure a peaceful symbiotic relationship between communities, to reduce and neutralise negative environmental impacts. The African Conservation Hub is active in countries with high growth economies, political stability and social cohesion that gives us the comfort and ultimately the ability to do business safely and freely. Our approach is private equity participation model with a focus on Impact Development projects in a wide range of sectors that have large scale infrastructure, mix use development or any mega project where we can deploy green technologies as the economic driver. We convert our dividend in to rural job drivers in activities that support Wildlife, Agriculture and Tourism ventures with a view on creating a sustainable rural economies. Our social outputs is focused on training, continues professional development, education and Healthcare. We are operation in a number of markets across Central and East Africa, in Uganda (Lakes Hub), Rwanda (Igati Hub), Kenya (Great Rift Hub), Tanzania (Serengeti Hub), Zambia (Kafue Hub), South Africa (Table Mountain Hub). We work closely with EPCM’s, EPC’s, contractors, technology providers and consultants, that support our private equity investment program as the developer, sponsor, partner, project promotor on a project by project basis where funding is typically private by nature and our suppliers deliver performance / construction / design guarantees or product warrantees. Our core interest is large scale infrastructure development, industrial parks, smart cities. Our social outputs is focused on closing the skills gap by training (CPD) and recruitment in sectors that cover management, education and healthcare.

Project development is highly depended on bankability and specialist skills are required in the early detection, identification and acceleration of economically viable impact development projects and to fast-track these projects to a shovel ready stage. PI works with project promotors, EPC contractors, funders and governments to achieve project completion within budget and on time. Our sector involvement includes:Infrastructure development – Transport / logistics (airports, harbours, ports, roads, bridges and rail lines) green energy, waste to energy, smart industrial parks and cities, large scale hospitality and tourism related facilities entertainment, resorts, lodges, educational facilities and hospitals. Wildlife Conservation and Tourism – Through the Africa Conservation Hub (Africa CH) – The PI partnership with the Conservation Hub ensures the seamless integrated development approach to transpose economic activity from Industrial Mega Projects to Tourism and Wildlife Conservation. This partnership deploys state of the art risk management protocols to drive Green Construction methodologies. Education, Health Care and Recruitment – This facet of the PI business is managed through our subsidiary company Asetain. Asetain's focus is on education, healthcare, skills development, CPD training – ongoing training which continuously narrows the gap in the short skills arena.
