Greatness is going to the edge, looking over into the impossible, and then building a bridge to go further.I have always been a very active person and someone that is not afraid to push the limits of any endeavor to try and find my personal boundaries. For the past 18 years skydiving has allowed me to break some unbelievable boundaries and make some really great discoveries. It has also allowed me for the past 9 years to be a full time operations manager and trainer to some of our military's finest for which I am deeply honored to partake in. I have always found great joy in teaching and training people, I have found that my personality and my communication style is greatly suited to just about anyone for nearly any situation, which is probably why I have found great success over the years in this endeavor.Before working full time with Flight-1 I also found great joy in my abilities to recruit some of the best talent available for Lithia Motors Inc. With my background in Psychology I found it interesting to try and decipher people's motives for joining Lithia. I enjoyed, and still do enjoy, studying non-verbal behavior trying to pick up clues as to what people are all about, their motives, their wants, and needs. The human brain, how we interact with each other, and what motivates/ drives us, is very fascinating to me, and I continue to study this subject on my own today.Along with my desire to learn more about the limits of our mental capacities I also love to learn about my own personal physical capacities. I have always been extremely active in sports, but right now beside skydiving I love to push my limits in crossfit style of exercises, I love the mental and physical side of golf, and I love the mountains where skiing has always been a big part of my life growing up.Overall my wide range of experiences has shed light onto many different subjects and environments and I have applied all the little lessons learned to anything new I take on.
