Principal, Revenue Management - Inventory Services & Retail Systems
CurrentAssume new roles and responsibilities supporting the Digital Technology and Revenue Management teams during a period of significant industry disruption and transformation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency in the United and partner airline flight shopping experience across all distribution platforms: GDS, united.com, mobile, and call centers. Champion the design, validation, and full integration of partner airline inventory feeds into the new United Availability Manager product, powered by Google. Create reporting metrics and lead triage efforts with Google and partner airlines to ensure high quality inventory data feeds for customers. Prepare comprehensive project plans to test and implement new inventory exchange agreements and associated functionalities with global airline partners. Maintain and/or enhance existing inventory exchange agreements with 34 codeshare partners and 148 interline partners.
