• Assisting the site manager on site to organize site activities, materials and trades• Assist with the induction of all new site sub contractors• Liaise with contractors to complete works required• Check that all work carried out is done to the highest standards• Liaise with customers and co ordinate all works highlighted during key release• Get homes ready for CML inspections.• Carry out any work highlighted by Local authority inspectors. • Make sure the site operates to the highest health and safety standards

• Up keep of the trusts properties across 6 sites.• Conduct regular audits of each office/site checking first aid, fire extinguishers, COSHH folders. Incident reports, risk assessments and method statements• Liaise with contractors and build working relationships• Keep records of facilities contract and service agreements• Update the asset management system and keep records• Conduct weekly fire alarm tests and update fire log book in line with the RRFSO 2005• Design fire evacuation plans for all offices and ensure regularly reviewed• Complete all COSHH risk assessments and ensure all substances have MSDS sheets• Compile a COSHH file for all offices/sites hard copy and electronically• Keep the health and safety group aware of any change in legislation • PAT Test all equipment throughout the trust in line with the IEE code of practice • Attend monthly Health and Safety meetings• Assist all members of staff on any facilities issues • Lock up and check of the head office• Assist in the monitoring of CCTV when required• Line manage a small team of maintenance staff

Working for a specialist Joinery contractor, duties included:• Working for Bramall constriction• First and Second Fix as well as all other aspects of general joinery • Worked to an extremely high standard on every job• Fitted kitchens into tenants properties• Supervised a number of apprentices on various projects• Worked alongside other tradesmen on a number of projects• Worked to strict Health & Safety regulations
