Stuart is currently working in the Mobility enforcement market. He is responsible for managing and developing existing accounts with new business in existing and emerging markets for the UK & Ireland, as Director of Sales.During his last three years previous to joining Verra Mobility UK, he introduced Caura into the wider public sector market on the back of the NPP and Neology UK to being a dominant force within the Police and Tolling sector. He also provided Videalert entrance to the Scottish market from having no market presence to becoming the market leader for Civil Contraventions and Low Emission Zones. He has been able to develop public sector relationships whilst understanding the procurement landscape and deliver technical solutions for clients.He was also successful in being awarded the largest Clean Air Zone outside of Transport for Greater Manchester with the City of Bradford, which he oversaw and led the whole bid process and saw Videalert deploy 400 ANPR cameras during 2021/22.His first three years saw multi million pound sales wins in the ITS software and enforcement space with a multitude of differing clients covering the North of the UK.He has significant proven experience of working in both public and private sectors after spending 15 years with Capita, ParkingEye and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. Stuart was an integral part in national major sales, creating solutions for infrastructure, parking, highways, transportation and regeneration together with management of the regional P&L for Capita.Previously Head of Highways - Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Stuart was responsible for the Highways service and delivery for statutory core services along with highways operations through commercial models for capital works delivery.
