Product Manager (Technical) - Journey Manager & Origination Micro Services
As a Product Manager, I managed the full Journey Manager product life cycle, from working with stakeholders to create the vision, plan and schedule releases through to the delivery of releases. I also owned the release and development backlogs and mentored the agile development team. I worked closely with the Operations and Security teams to maintain the customer cloud environments. When necessary, I stepped in to use my extensive software development expertise to assist with architectures, solution designs, development reviews and third level troubleshooting and also lend a hand with development when deadlines were tight. • Manage Journey Manager 3 year vision, road maps and biannual releases supporting over 100 PaaS customers. • Maintain capabilities and rebuilt the development team after Avoka takeover. • Maintained 99.9% up time SLA and supported many complex customer upgrades. • Lead selenium test development to reduced testing cycle from 2 months to 2 weeks. • Lead managed Rest API development to reduce (if not eliminate) the risk on customer upgrades.
