Designed and delivered various EDW/BI architecture designs and production supports. The key achievements are following:• Designed and developed the architecture and infrastructure of the enterprise data warehouses and decision support systems. The design experience includes mainframe and clients/servers environments, DB2, IMS and Oracle. Implemented a production support ETL configuration for an enterprise data warehouse. ETL system batch processed over 12,000 jobs per night, out-sourcing for 500 banks carried as a data processing services bureau. Throughout implementation and on going production processing improvements, the number of batch processing interruption calls dropped from 250 per week down to five per week and the services level achievement improved from 78% to 99.3%. • Re-design ETL data processing flows the process performance enhancement. It improved the average rate of efficiency by over 40% and significantly improved systems maintenance investment. Delivered an ETL monitoring system to facilitate error detection and data auditing, capacity utilization monitoring which enabled client to improve the accuracy of the infrastructure capacity plan and data service quality.
