The moment that altered my life and set my current course was the high conflict divorce I experienced which commenced 14 years ago. From that I was able to see how the litigation process can lead to parents losing sight of the best interest of their children. Some attorneys and other participants, such as MHPs and evaluators, perpetuate conflict for personal gain. I discovered how gender discrimination is covertly melded into the child custody decisions through the guise of other factors the way racial discrimination, although specifically barred, is achieved through arbitrary residency, education or economic standards.. I have since dedicated myself, in addition to my son, the cause of fighting for the best interest of children through the child custody policies and practices in Indiana. These experiences have shown how parents, generally men, who seek to protect their children from an abusive parent are branded as the agitator who is motivated by retribution or control. My primary efforts now are to reduce conflict and litigation in child custody matters.As a child custody policy advisor I have written and had child custody related legislation passed into law. My counseling of lawyers and appearances as an expert witness have helped them achieve more favorable results for their clients including winning appeals, gaining parenting time, reducing conflict, and mediating agreements. Additionally I made important contributions to the amended Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines that went into effect March 2013 and am currently formulating recommendations for the Indiana Child Support Guidelines which are to be amended this year. For parents I offer child custody based life coaching to help them maintain control of their lives and increase their fitness as parents so they can truly serve the best interest of their children.

  I assist parents in child custody cases through Life Coaching that integrates all life aspects into a program for lifestyle changes consistent with the best interest of the children. By regularly discussing child custody issues with judicial officers throughout Indiana I am able to help parents integrate the lifestyle changes that judges find most favourable. As a child custody policy advisor I have written and had child custody related legislation passed into law. Additionally I made important contributions to the amended Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines that went into effect on 01 March 2013.Through use of novel and traditional approaches I provide the guidance necessary to navigate the field of fine nuances surrounding child custody litigation. No amount of trial preparation and legal maneuvering is going to be effective for a parent whose finances, physical and mental health, emotions, time management skills, employment, and relationships are in chaos. It is for that reason that my life coaching must be a part of the child custody litigation process.
