As the Leave Coordinator, I am responsible for managing all Covid Leaves of Absence, and all of the Non-Occupational Leaves of Absence for the company. I need to employ my knowledge of all practices and legislation surrounding Covid Leaves of Absence on a daily basis. In addition, I am aware of and follow all company procedures and practices for Covid Leaves of absence, as well as non- occupational leaves including Maternity Leaves, General Leaves and Long- term Illness and Injury Leaves.
