Learning Management System Conversion Co-Leader. Co-led migration of online platform and courses from Pearson/eCollege to D2L/Brightspace. Responsible for: developing work flow, budgets and timeline for re-development of courses from one platform to another; creation of new courses; coordinating teams to adapt Brightspace functionality to Argosy pedagogical models, design principles and instructional formats; supervising the development of policies for role assignments, faculty and staff training, student orientation; and managing the piloting of courses, assessing results and developing follow-up actions. System-wide dean for undergraduate education, leading a dedicated team of Associate Deans, Program Chairs and faculty in the development and assessment of curriculum and policies for associate's and bachelor's degree programs (General Education, plus majors in Business, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, Liberal Studies and Psychology). Programs are delivered in face-to-face, online and blended formats. Graduate School of Business and Management. Responsible for academic planning and operations for MBA, three Master of Science degrees, and two doctoral programs (Doctor of Business Administration, Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership). (September 2018 - Present). Previously, appointed Interim Dean to supervise application to Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs. Managed data analysis, self-study writing and campus preparations for site visits. Led multiple work groups across the University's 19 campuses and online division, including academic, admissions and student services personnel in addressing accreditation criteria. Initial 10-year accreditation awarded by ACBSP in May 2015. (October 2014 - August 2015).

Led the development of a new vision for the College of Arts and Sciences, including an updated curriculum that fosters students' self-reflection, preparedness for careers and advanced study, and engagement in community. Simultaneously, I supervised strategic planning for our graduate schools, partnerships with Israel programs, and institutional assessment and re-accreditation efforts.

Collaborated with President, Board leadership and faculty in strategic planning process, leading to academic master plan and budget for strategic initiatives. Collaborated with faculty and deans on Title III proposal resulting in $1.9M for implementation of undergraduate program initiatives. Served on three-person executive team that resulted in seven-year accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission (regional accreditor).

Spearheaded multi-pronged branding and academic planning effort to promote communication programs. Managed design and fundraising for multi-media teaching complex (computer laboratories, focus group suite, and production studio). Conceived and raised funds for two institutional initiatives: a business boot camp for media arts students, and inclusion of diversity in curriculum. Raised $975K in external funding for programs and scholarships.
