► Directed the Program Funding Council through effective collaborative leadership► Responsible for managing and upgrading four Task Forces responsible for a) determining and prioritizing grant requests from local and national not-for-profit organizations, and b) planning for the future needs of the community► Oversaw the work of three dozen professionals and volunteer leaders who were responsible for evaluating, approving, and prioritizing grant requests to 51 social service agencies, synagogues and schools.► Directed the JCRC, the advocacy arm of the Federation, in seeking grants, appropriations and supportive legislation from members of the Palm Beach County Commission, the Florida State Legislature, and the Congress of the United States on behalf of the Federation's constituents in South Palm Beach County.►Planned & produced an expanded bi-annual Israel Fest program to celebrate the anniversary of the State of Israel; 3,500+ persons attended.►Created "Imagination Israel" which showcased Israeli high-tech start-up companies at events held in Boca Raton, Florida.►Planned and produced press conferences on Federation’s campus for Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis and Florida’s former Governor Rick Scott►Co-produced Memorial Services attended by 2,000+ persons in memory of synagogue congregants murdered by terrorists in Pittsburg, and Israeli soldiers killed during the war in Gaza.►Instrumental in securing laws against anti-Semitism on Capitol Hill (Washington Missions), and securing funds for community programs at annual sessions of the Florida Legislature in Tallahassee.►Planned and led programs featuring Holocaust survivors in the public high schools of Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
