I am the primary contact for the team should they need to escalate any technical issues, I also train the storage team and Servicedesk on the fundamentals of the storage environment to help them enhance their own skills. My responsibilities include performance analysis on customer VNX environments, recommendations on best practices and sizing for new environments. I am currently supporting EMC Vmax / Vmax3 along with a broad selection of VNX, Clariion, Celerra, Centera, Vplex and Recoverpoint systems. I am also skilled in Brocade and Cisco fabric technology. Other responsibilities include providing executive summaries for monthly reports and presenting these to the customers face to face on both a high and technical level. Details for these reports are generated via Vipr SRM which I am also very accomplished at working with. -
