My role at MTI is the Technical lead for the storage team within Managed services. I am the primary contact for the team should they need to escalate any technical issues, I also train the storage team and Servicedesk on the fundamentals of the storage environment to help them enhance their own skills. My responsibilities include performance analysis on customer VNX environments, recommendations on best practices and sizing for new environments. I am currently supporting EMC Vmax / Vmax3 along with a broad selection of VNX, Clariion, Celerra, Centera, Vplex and Recoverpoint systems. I am also skilled in Brocade and Cisco fabric technology. Other responsibilities include providing executive summaries for monthly reports and presenting these to the customers face to face on both a high and technical level. Details for these reports are generated via Vipr SRM which I am also very accomplished at working with.

I originally joined CSC as an SMS analyst in October 2006 but in 2008 I moved across to the Storage team to manage HP EVA arrays and then EMC DMX And VMAX arrays. Experience in SRDF and Timefinder clone/snap functions. Also now working with FAST VP on VMAX arrays. I also manage multiple brocade and Cisco SAN switches.

Tupe'd again this time into customer account. Primarily as desktop support but then I moved to SMS analyst from Sept 2006 managing deployment of apps and patches in SMS 2003

I joined Unisys to continue desktop support on the same customer sites in and around London. Windows NT desktops along with hardware support of printers / scanners and also some involvement with HP HSG80 Storage arrays.

Desktop support for multi sites. Windows 3.11 and Windows NT deployment. Desktop and hardware support.

Installing small networks around the country with Netware 2.2 up to Netware 3.12, Windows small business server. Cabling cat5 within offices.
