A varied background has provided extensive knowledge and experience in relation to Customer Service, Service Delivery/Project Management, Team Management, Reporting and Analysis and Resource Management. Organisations such as Telstra, Climate Technologies, Verifone and Nextgen Networks/VocusMy previous role as National Service Delivery Manager enabled me to use my Operations Management skills to drive improvements within the business and broaden my own skills and knowledge.Having been nominated to take part in Business Excellence (operational) Reviews whilst working with Telstra allowed my to see a wide variety of Customer Service Centres and learn from the things that work as well as identifying those that don’t. I have been able to take these learning’s and utilise them in subsequent roles, identifying processes and areas that maybe lacking and develop and build on them to improve performance.Currently I am looking for an organisation that will allow me not only to use these skills and knowledge but allow me to grow and develop further.
