Spent 15 months in this role with an NHS Mental Health Trust responsible for analysing and managing talent and ensuring L&D systems and all developmental training was fit for purpose for stakeholders and support staff.Established a coaching network for senior leaders and made positive inroads into improving morale and management effectiveness through grass roots culture change.

Set up the Business Improvement Consultancy (BIC) in 1997 after spending 5 years as head of training at Cazenove.Have worked as an L&D Specialist and Corporate Training Consultant with many global professional service firms in 15 countries including Saudi Arabia.My approach is consultative and thorough and I tackle all my assignments with a huge amount of Scottish passion!I've jumped off the BIC merry-go-round once or twice to tackle temporary or interim jobs, but I always do my best work as an external supplier or in permanent roles.I believe that training and accelerating people's experience is the fastest way to profit and I love it!
