Member of global SAP project team leading warehouse and transportation activities. Extensive international expose including work in Switzerland, USA, Singapore and Australia. Initial responsibilities for UK activities. Expanded to cover the European SAP roll-in from December 2007. Providing training, support and technical guidance for implementation of warehouse and delivery management. Support and train 100 worldwide users, test case selection and execution. Guide line management integration and business simulation workshops facilitating take over and ownership of complex new processes in preparation for critical go-live stages. Follow-up problem solving and support after go-live.Team achieved a successful global roll-out to 2500 users in 17 countries and was benchmarked against other global implementation as a great success.
