With a science and engineering background and more than a decade of experience in commercial Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing, I have an intuition for overcoming complex manufacturing challenges and delivering practical solutions within the pharmaceutical industry. As Managing Director, it’s my responsibility to ensure that the company’s reputation in the contract manufacture of APIs for the global pharmaceutical industry is maintained and optimised. Building on a company legacy of 40 years of API manufacture without a single product recall, Phytex is the most experienced provider of Scopolamine derivatives in the world, with DMFs registered for more than 25 years. The opportunity to use engineering and technology to give theoretical concepts a practical commercial-scale application is what drives us. I'm proud to lead a group of people dedicated to finding new ways of combining science and nature to better people’s lives.
