With over 20 years of experience in financial services, I’ve had the opportunity to evolve from software engineering into senior leadership roles in portfolio and program management. My career includes leading the Enterprise PMO at Citigroup, a key role in Sourcing/Procurement, and most recently, serving as COO and Global Head of Business Unit Management for Markets Operations, where I was responsible for over 4,000 resources globally.Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about driving large-scale change initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and managing complex global programs with multimillion-dollar budgets.
