My career includes leading the Enterprise PMO at Citigroup, a key role in Sourcing/Procurement, and most recently, serving as COO and Global Head of Business Unit Management for Markets Operations, where I was responsible for over 4,000 resources globally.Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about driving large-scale change initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and managing complex global programs with multimillion-dollar budgets.
