Role includes:- heading up York Civil’s systems and compliance department and is responsible for developing and maintaining management systems and internal auditing processes for the company and projects. Managing York Civil’s accreditation to the Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme through the Office of Federal Safety Commissioner. An in-depth understanding of safety and compliance issues to every project, often resulting in issues being identified and resolved very early on in the project. He ensures systematic audits occur both externally and internally ensuring York Civil meet the accreditation requirements. I ensure that all York Civil projects are fully compliant management systems to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety, OHSAS 18001:2007 and Safety Management System and AS/NZS ISO14001:2015 Environmental.
