• Direct advisor to 35 active undergraduate collegiate chapters, 35 volunteer chapter advisors, 35 University and College Adminstrators, and 8 volunteer regional governors across the North and Southwest - Vancouver, BC, Canada, Washington, Oregon, California, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and West Texas.• Advise and support each undergraduate chapter with recruitment, new member education, accountability and risk management, fiscal management, interfraternal and university relations and overall chapter operations• Maintain constant knowledge of each chapter's operating conditions and strategic plans through in person chapter visits and continuous communication and engagement with undergraduate leadership, volunteer advisors and university partners• Engage in supportive relationships through reliable collaborative communication among undergraduates, alumni, and university administrators on learning-based outcomes through development and reinforcement of the Sigma Chi brand identity• Deliver and promote leadership and educational programs in connection with the Sigma Chi Leadership Institute’s Transformational Leader curriculum with a focus on the Foundational Leadership Certificate and related curriculum

- Managed downtown location club with EFT of $125k/yr.- Oversaw a team of 18 full-time and part-time employees.- Direct training and retraining of all employees to ensure performance and professional development and improvement.- Managed all hiring and onboarding procedures of all new hires.- Directly reported to district and regional managers- Maintained detailed task list and oversight of daily cleaning duties for team.- Responsible for meeting performance mentrics of club performance for monthly/quarterly checks.- Oversaw all inventory management and ordering for club.
