Hwy 7 Auto Collision is a 35,000 sq ft Collision re-manufacturing facility and is OEM certified with various manufacturers such as Acura/Honda Canada and Lexus/Toyota Canada to name a few. Not to mention partnering with various Insurance companies such as the Co-Operators Group, Allstate/Pembrige, CAA and a few others and Having 40 years in the Collision.

• Continued the `process` march and corporate culture change along with bringing in branding initiatives.These included uniforms for techs and admin staff among many others.
• Had corporate partners pay for uniforms and included their branding with HWY 7`s.
• Expanded online presence using social media: FB, Google, Instagram etc.…
• Created a Dealer Program for RFP`s which included written proposals, a booklet detailing all available programs offered to perspective partner dealer conglomerates.
• Trained staff in every department including: Intake, Parts, Estimating, Real time Supplements Or RTG`s.

• Completely changed the flow of work through the building, resulting in the increased average production from 3-5 cars a day to 10-15 within a 7 month time period.

• Responsible for writing large hits for all DRP Partners, all jobs over 45hrs
• Dealt with logistics of shop and championed working a new lean production matrix which lead to an increased production of 45% in the same time period.
• Closed sales leads with a 98% closing rate, implemented in process checks and measures to reduce supplements after vehicle completion. This operation dropped supplements to a 2-5% of total vehicle repair costs when.
• Responsible for closing all files for any missed items to be paid and uploaded to the appropriate insurance companies.
• Negotiated with insurance appraisers for insurance companies that were not DRP, and handled files to completion.
