Additional responsibilities include the coaching and training of immediate Team Members and Brokers in all aspects of Compliance and Credit, as well as taking a strategic view to the overall processes and requirements to improve efficiencies to the business.

Also to assist with managing broker scenarios, application processes, escalations and maintaining high levels of customer service, & working with key stakeholders both within the business, the team and external partners
