I am currently an ITAM analyst for RBFCU. I worked for the U.S. government for 5+ years working as a supply technician and an IT asset management specialist. I have worked in the logistics career field for most of my professional life but in 2018 I finished my Bachelor's in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity to help accomplish my dream of working in IT. This helped lead me to my first IT role in IT Asset Management which confirmed I was on the career path that was meant for me. My goal is to work as a cybersecurity analyst to help keep IT systems safe. Currently attending LeaderQuest, an ACI learning Company for Information Technology and Cyber Security courses through the Computer User Support Specialist (CUSS) program. Courses include Axelos ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+. Obtained my ITIL certification in June 2022 and plan to secure A+, Network+, and Security+ by September 2022. Planning on obtaining EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND) and EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certifications by January 2023. Obtained and currently hold a secret level security clearance. Seeking opportunities in areas including Cybersecurity Specialist, Information Security Analyst, IT Asset Management, IT Specialist, Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk or Technical Support.
