Experienced on conveying solutions, pneumatic controls and single/three phase motor controls utilizing soft start, DOL and inverter control. Co-ordinating with on-call team for out of hours support to ensure minimal loss of machine runtime. As well as utilizing the MAXIMO CMMS software to log repairs, escalate maintenance and check stores for required spares. Work involved working as part of a two man team (Mechanical and Electrical bias) to maintain coverage of papermill machinery to ensure minimal loss of runtime and support the dayshift technical teams.

Involved in calibration and maintenance of flow, pressure, temperature and speed monitoring equipment. Ensuring that works were carried out to correct standards and that HSE standards were obeyed. Utilize and update site electrical drawings as required to progress fault-finding activities and maintenance/upgrade works. Carryout switching operations for 3.3kV switch gear and carry out cleaning operations/essential maintenance on switches. Experience includes single and three phase motor control, conveyor systems, paper cutting and making machines including shrink wrap, coating and pulping machines.
