The Company employs 300 staff and has 8 processing sites throughout New Zealand.Stuart was responsible for the management and leadership of the hides, pelts and skins operations. This encompassed responsibility for 7 processing sites across New Zealand employing 300 employees.

Silver Fern Farms is New Zealand’s leading procurer, processor and marketer of sheep, lamb, beef and venison operating 21 processing sites throughout New Zealand. It exports to over 80 countries around the world and employs 7000 employees at peak. Annual turnover $2 billion.Stuart was responsible for the management and leadership of the beef operations division including leather and pelts. This encompassed responsibility for 10 processing sites across New Zealand employing 3000 employees. Responsibility for an operating budget of $NZ100m.

Gisborne & Hawkes Bay, New Zealand

Richmond Ltd was one of New Zealand’s largest meat exporters with revenues in excess of $1.3 billion and staff of 4000.Stuart was responsible for the management and leadership of the Takapau processing site. The site processed up to 2 million sheep and lambs annually for export and employed 1100 employees. Responsible for an operating budget of $40m.
