"With over 30 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry—including hotels, fine dining restaurants, pubs, beach bars, nightclubs, and casinos—I bring a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of the field to my role as a hospitality educator. In addition to my extensive industry background, I am a proud graduate of Global TESOL College, and had the enriching opportunity to teach English as a second language in central Thailand for two years. This unique experience has strengthened my global perspective and enhanced my ability to teach and communicate with diverse audiences. As an educator, I am committed to equipping students with the skills, knowledge, and cultural awareness necessary to thrive in the dynamic, international world of hospitality. My goal is to inspire the next generation of hospitality leaders by combining industry insights, global perspectives, and a passion for lifelong learning."
