Reporting to the CEO and focused on internal efficiency and service delivery while maximising operating margins.Provide expert advice to graphic designers in relation to creative input.Foster quality assurance processes and operational plans in accordance with company strategic direction.Contribute to the development and implementation of clients’ branding and marketing requirements.Supervise staff productivity and troubleshoot problems from concept, artwork and approval to production.Schedule and implement work, liaising with stakeholders to establish clear timeframes for delivery of services.Effectively balance scope of work, availability of human and material resources, displaying flexibility to changing priorities.Develop and implement innovative methods and systems that improve operational practices.Establish and sustain effective internal / external relationships including industry networks.Ensure client expectations are understood and proactively resolve any internal/external problems or concerns.Deliver exceptional quality in both material produced by suppliers and execution of creative concepts.Coordinated outsourcing contractors checking quality, copyright and intellectual property issues.Ensure suppliers are adequately briefed for completion of required production.
