I was trained as a pianist and vocalist and spent the early years of my career singing opera internationally and throughout the United States. Now I am the current music director for Queen of Apostles Parish and the business director for Musical Chairs Studio, and am seeking to leverage my thirteen years of executive and managerial experience of two bustling businesses into a new career, perhaps within the project management or operations sphere.In my current roles, I perform executive administrative functions including scheduling and payroll, talent acquisition, manage a team of 20+ employees, and perform all business management functions. I make strategic business decisions to increase client recruitment and retention and run all day-to-day operations. I currently balance two full time jobs that have provided me with over a decade of growth and organizational skills that I utilize in all aspects of my life.It is time for a new chapter of my professional career to provide new opportunities and broader professional experiences. I currently work 7 days a week, a pace I do not wish to sustain. I would like to apply my organizational skills, business acumen, and dedication in a more traditional role that is aligned with my goals and allows for a healthier work/life balance. In any role, I seek out opportunities to expand my skillset, grow professionally, and cultivate a balanced work environment that values my abilities and time.
