-Work with Division Manager, Project Managers, Engineers, and Architects on all construction relatedaspects to insure success of projects.-Assist in developing and implementing project business plans.-Attend and participate in all project planning and coordination meetings.-Provide regular verbal and/or written communication to Division Manager andProject Managers on pre-construction and construction objectives and status.-Provide verbal and/or written communication with project team, accountingteam and all other corporate staff as necessary.-Conduct pre-construction due diligence.-Create and aggressively manage construction schedules.-Work with Division Manager and Project Manager(s) to negotiate and finalizeconstruction contracts.-Manage General Contractor and Subcontractors.-Oversee GC to ensure clean and safe job sites that follow industry, OSHAand insurance requirements and guidelines.-Oversee GC to ensure follow through on all governmental and/or permitrequirements.-Track and manage budgeted, actual and anticipated construction costs asthey relate to committed contracts.-Oversee contract, change order and monthly billing administration.-Assess and verify the legitimacy of all change orders.-Initiate and maintain good client/GC/consultant relations.

Solicits the sales of Company products to retail customers in an assigned territory by direct contact and prospecting new accounts. Executes sales plans and special promotions in the achievement of sales goals. Manages product to the placement standards set forth by Glazer's in conjunction with the product supplier. Provide a high level of customer service so that the Sales Person is viewed as a wine and spirits consultant to the customer.

Supervise a team of nine individuals to review homeowner complaints to resolve according to policies and procedures.Quality Control and Quality Assurance review of files that are consistent with the policies and procedures that were developed by the State and the main contractor ICF International.Recruit and train new employees in all phases of the Road Home Program.Assisted ICF International with any questions that experienced evaluators may have encountered out in the field while inspecting homes in New Orleans.

Schedule daily appointments with Homeowners that applied for assistance with the Louisiana Road Home.Accurately determine the storm damages by entering specific items into Software Program (Housing Developer Pro 3.0) with pictures and scope notes.Review all files to verify protocols and procedures are properly followed for efficiency. Process files within the expected two day turnaround to expedite Homeowners to the Closing Department. Maintain accurate filling system for all work orders for any possible future modifications.
