I started my career in Canada as a staff process engineer at a small environmental and water resources company. My career interests developed more in the front end of project delivery and through this work I have been fortunate to have the mentorship of some of the most respected consultants in Calgary. My career path has been filled with the creative latitude to integrate a philosophy of sustainable innovation.I am an industrial water specialist with a background in water management, water and waste water treatment, waste management, renewable energy and environmental projects. I have experience across all aspects of project delivery, my passion is in support of front-end project delivery, helping clients to establish technology selection, social and environmental considerations, and realize opportunities in an integrated approach to water, energy and waste management.At Integrated Sustainability we aspire to help leadership define project life cycle requirements and realize their integrated impact in the development of projects. Projects are no longer selected based on financial commitments alone but on a suite of integrated external factors. The challenge is to engage the right blend of business management, technical specialists and environmental stewardship to maintain this big-picture philosophy throughout the project life cycle.In 2004, I received an APEGA Summit Award for work related to bringing renewable energy solutions to shallow gas dewatering and remote reclamation projects in Alberta.
