I am a Clinical Psychologist practicing at The Viewpoint in Caulfield from Monday to Thursday.I work with a variety of issues, but my main areas of interest include mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety, shame, self-worth, existential issues, and emotion regulation. I am a warm and kind practitioner who creates an open and non-judgmental space to freely explore all aspects of a client's difficulties and their origins. I work collaboratively to cultivate understanding, insight, self-compassion and to develop the psychological tools to facilitate positive change and growth.My practice combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I am a long-term meditator and have a range of life experiences and interests across diverse fields such as commerce, performance art and aid work. I have also undertaken research within the areas of depression, anxiety, shame, help-seeking intentions, suicidal ideation and parenting. I work with adults aged 18+.
