Axispoint is a global systems integrator with offices in New York, London, Washington and Boston specialising in custom application development, Virtualisation, Business Process Management, Data Storage Solutions and Unified Communications. Employed as the Senior IT Consultant (EMEA) reporting to the EMEA Director of Applications following the acquisition of Baseline Consultancy. Managed a team of customer support engineers delivering both general and bespoke IT support to a wide range of diverse customers. Lead role in implementing Cisco, VMware and Microsoft Solutions in both medium and large enterprise environments. I have complete ownership of Axispoint’s internal infrastructure with responsibility for managing and maintaining:• Over 50 Virtual Servers (Windows 2003, 2008, Exchange, SQLServer) running on VMware vSphere• Cisco Switches, Routers and ASA Firewalls• All user laptops and desktops • Active Directory Administration• VMware Host Server Hardware• Network attached storage• Backup and Disaster Recovery

Baseline Consultancy supplied IT consultancy, implementation and support services including Cisco, Vmware and Microsoft Wintel solutions. Jointly responsible for building and running the company and also for providing IT Support and Solutions to a wide variety of clients from education to manufacturing, liaising with customers to discuss their IT requirements, designing and managing the implementation of IT solutions and maintaining good customer relationships.

In 1999 I started work at Foresight-EFG as a Junior Support Engineer where my role was to support our internal and customer IT Infrastructures. In October 2001 I was promoted to a Senior Support Engineer where I became responsible for not only supporting the daily operations of all our customers sites but also designing and implementing system upgrades and new installations. Was again promoted in April 2007 to Head of IT Support Services.
