I currently do development on a highly customised Siebel implementation in thetelecoms industry. Previous clients include companies in the banking, IT servicesand vehicle tracking industries.My duties include design and development of customisations and new processeswithin an Agile development environment. Depending on the specific requirement Imight work on my own, as part of a team of programmers, or across multipledepartments such as when doing an integration project.Many of my projects are based on integration, predominantly via SOAP calls andREST services. I also have experience with ETL integration.I work primarily with Siebel Workflows and Siebel eScript, as well as declarativeprogramming.I use Oracle SQL extensively in my development and debugging work.I have a passing familiarity with Python and Microsoft Powershell, and I havepreviously worked with Unix shell programming.I have recently completed my Salesforce Administrator certification, with the aim of completing Salesforcce Developer training next.

I programmed with Cobol 73, Clipper and Perl. I developed systems for LotusNotes, and added automation to Lotus Smartsuite. I implemented the company'sgateway between the internal email system and the internet, using an off-the-shelfproduct.
