Integrity Manager
Current• Responsible for managing the UK Integrity Team• Process Safety / Asset Integrity Leadership: Provide visible and proactive leadership in promoting a strong process safety culture across all aspects of managed service line as per Petrofac Corporate Major Accident Prevention Policy (CMAPP). • Monthly AIRB Meetings: Participate in monthly Asset Integrity Review Board (AIRB) meetings, collaborating with key stakeholders to review asset integrity status, address concerns, and implement corrective actions. • Implement and champion the principles of process safety management to prevent and mitigate major accidents.• Responsible for ensuring that sufficient resources and competent personnel are available to allow the processes and procedures needed for the inspection bodies quality management system to be established, implemented, and maintained. Report on the performance of the management system and any improvement needs to management. • Assist the assets as required with management of onshore inspection and offshore topsides integrity contractors. • Provide guidance as appropriate on materials and equipment to be inspected in accordance with company procedures so that guidelines on minimum certification are achieved.• Work to support the asset integrity engineer and facilities, production and well intervention personnel to promote best practice and ensure inspection and corrosion management programmes and schedules are carried out and achieved in a cost effective and timely manner. • Review processes for inspection findings and corrosion failure events to initiate repair/replacement programmes through the Facilities Engineering Team. • Assist with the review and help develop inspection and topsides integrity programmes into overall integrated activity and operations plans. • Review corporate annual inspection and management schemes comply with existing legislation and that processes for non-conformances are properly documented, addressed and closed out.
