Providing face to face and digital communications about workplace retirement solutions. This is to both new and existing customers UK wide, usually to large coporates including many multi-national household names across varying sectors. Working closely with both key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth transition from new business to embedding and maintaining a strong customer relationship. Advanced communication skills, strong organisational and being a role model to others within the business are a must in this role. Working as a team and leading from the front to ensure that any project is a firm success. Working closely with Relationship, Implementation and Customer Service Managers. Being able to solve problems, provide creative ideas and provide solutions to assist other areas of the business are skills that are constantly tested in this role.
