Formulated the strategic direction for the Conservatory Operations department to achieve installation excellence. Leading by example, embedding a high performance and commercially accountable culture throughout the team and one which consistently achieved service delivery commitments. Running the Processing and Installation Operation to best in class in terms of efficiency, quality, on time delivery and customer service. Management and budget control of ~£20m P&L account achieving revenue growth and margin improvement. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive continual improvement that leads the market and meets customer expectations for innovation and quality. Implementation and completion of business transformation and turnaround plan with associated management.

Management and budget responsibility of ~£40m P&L account. Successfully implementing, delivering and managing the financial controls project resulting in the increase of year on year margin. Actively contributing within the senior management structure to promote and support the company vision, values and commitments in providing world class service and satisfaction to customers, employees, partners and shareholders.

Meet with Clients to gain understanding of business needs and present project proposals. Maintain communications with in house departments and external contractors. Full contract and commercial management of all projects. Building relationships with customers, consultants and key members of the supply chain and ensure open dialogue throughout the projects. Review, manage, plan and allocate resources for all projects while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Providing effective and efficient surveying and project management services within the Assets team whilst ensuring excellent customer service standards. Programme delivery in respect of cyclical planned maintenance and project work and the performance and process management of responsive maintenance and void works.

Overseeing the management of all project activities and ensuring maximum profitability whilst maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Delivering and improving margin and profit together with risk mitigation and providing commercial assurance to the business.
