Responsible for leading Ortho Specialties ANZ function through the design, developmentand delivery of orthopedic and sports medicine medical device product(s) in accordancewith ANZ product realization procedures and adherence to global policies and reporting.

Responsible for managing the patient specific design engineering team in Australia, collaborating with the global team in Germany and the US.

I work in the global Individual Design team designing customised cranial implants to help restore the natural skull of patients all around the world. Core responsibilities involve reviewing CT scans, conducting design calls with surgeons to determine the exact solution and designing 3D models of the implant using specialised medical CAD software.

Managed the future direction of how recalls are conducted through partnering with different areas of the business. Partnered with sections of the business to provide guidance in difficult risk-based decisions involving finance, safety and compliance. Drove the creation and signing of an international agreement between manufactures in the US and countries in the ASEAN region. Designed and rolled out a new way of managing and executing recalls and in field corrections for Stryker Australia and New Zealand which led to substantial cost savings.

My core responsibilities are managing the initiation, follow through and closure of product recalls, in-field corrections and hazard alerts for Stryker across Australia and New Zealand. Key activities include working with the government regulatory bodies and coordinating different teams in Stryker to ensure each action is completed accurately and in accordance with government requirements and international standards.

I began work in the internship program and moved to part time project based work. My main deliverable was a project that allowed the supply chain team to simulate what the effect of changing shipment methods would have on the cost of freight and other inventory metrics. The model allowed the team to make more strategic and cost effective decisions to satisfy the demand.

Helped fundraise $70,000 to be used for building awareness, supporting families and supporting research. Initiated the research program to support immediate and ongoing research into CDH treatments and outcomes. Coordinated the advertisement, interviewing and hiring of open roles

Built and managed the company website through customising WordPress plugins to meet our CRM requirements. Designed and developed data mining software tools that automated analytics from groupbuying websites. Conducted data analytics from thousands of responses on first and second hand research. Generated insights reports that were presented to major software clients
