Chief Information Security Officer
Direct and approve the design of the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).Manage the daily operation and implementation of the ISMS.Create and implement a strategy for the deployment of information security technologies.Monitor information security technologies and innovations.Conduct continuous assessments of current information security practices and systems, identifying areas for improvement.Perform information security audits/risk assessments and report on ways to minimise threats.Monitor information security vulnerabilities and threats within our network and host systems.Provide regular reporting about information security threats and on the current status of the ISMS to senior management and the company directors.Develop strategies and implement solutions to minimise the risk and impact of information security incidentsImplement an effective process for the reporting and management of information security incidents.Oversee the investigation of reported information security incidents.Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure service is continuous when a change programme is introduced, an information security incident occurs or in the event that the disaster recovery plan needs to be triggered.Compliance with the latest information security regulations and legislation.Communicate best practices and risks across the organisation.Protection of the intellectual property of the organisation.Create and maintain the Employee Handbook, policies, procedures and incident response plans.Undertake due diligence with regards to the information security governance, compliance and standards of our suppliers and strategic partners.Review requested changes to contracts/agreements and propose changes to either the Managing Director or the Company’s legal representation.Provide terms and conditions for promotions, competitions, giveaways, etc.
