Elected to the Sabbatical role for the combined collegiate rowing clubs at Oxford University.- Serving a total of 40 rowing clubs with in excess of 2000 members- Responsible for planning and putting on regattas with particular focus on risk assessments- Negotiated a 4 year 5 figure sponsorship agreement for OURCs- Liaise between OURCs and the local council, the constituent clubs and the university in order to maximise benefits to all stakeholders of college rowing

Heading the committee for a student sports club with a 5 figure annual budget - Approximately 60 members- Set up of an 'old members' society- Chaired committee meetings and ensuring the smooth and fair running of the club
