As an HR Co-Op Student at NEORSD I am involved with but not limited to; the creation and development of a wellness program, entering and maintaining information in the Oracle system, reviewing and verifying I-9 documents, performing essential demands checklists, reviewing employee documents, receiving and managing Charity Choice donations, filing, scanning/copying, and revamping the onboarding system.

As a branch manager at College Works Painting I was responsible for all aspects of operating a small business including but not limited to; marketing my business, searching for potential jobs, interviewing and hiring painters, recording payroll, door to door marketing, performing estimates, managing work teams, providing supplies to work sites, customer services, and payment collection.
