• ProjectsIn November 2011, I was asked to project managea number of high profile projects on behalf of RedCross. These projects included:NSW Office Accommodation
• Project Intent: To consolidate from two locationsinto one new location.

• Final Cost: $4.0M

• This was a start up position for Red Cross.Previously, property and Asset Managementwas undertaken at a local State of Territorylevel. This role was set up to provide acoordinated approach, nationally for.
• I had a staff of 8 staff reporting to this position.In addition, the State Property Managers havestaff reporting to them.
• The main task was to produce an AssetStrategy for the total property portfolio, whichwhen I started comprised of 100 ownedproperties (worth approx. $150M) and approx.200 leased properties. The Strategy documentwas.
• In this Strategy, I was able to demonstrate thereasons behind a long term hold of ownedproperties and those properties that should beearmarked as short term hold, with the ability tosell down if and when necessary.
• The Strategy also set out how to manage theportfolio within the normal Corporate RealEstate confines, which include normal PropertyManagement, Financial Management andFacilities Management.

• I was the manager of the contract between the; toprovide property management services withindefined service level agreements. The contractprovided for JLL to perform three (3) coreoutputs, these included finance.
• The Government entered into a lease with ISPTPty Ltd to provide 50,000m2of office space onbehalf of the Department of Human Services(DHS). I acted as Project Principal on behalf ofthe Government, to ensure that the.
• I had the control over the internal capital worksbudget ($1.6M), which was used to maintain theowned portfolio annually.

This role required me to locate potential retailtenants for various vacant shops within theCentro portfolio (across Australia). This involvedmeeting with retailers and convincing them toenter into lease agreements across the variousshopping centres.

• At this time, the Melton Shopping Centre wasundergoing a major refurbishment and myprimary role was to act as project manager onbehalf of QIC during these works. I was alsoinvolved in the leasing of vacant shops.
