2016-2018 Project Manager/Section Manager:Continued support of NASA’s facility program, during transition from cost plus contract to firm fixed price (FFP) contract. Integral in the evolution of processes, and customer interaction and teaming throughout the FFP transition. Worked closely with NASA task order managers to optimize and streamline task plan reviews, technical evaluation process and task order approvals. Key interface with ISC Procurement throughout the ISC working to find better, more efficient ways to do business in the FFP environment. Integral in development of Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contractor program that was used to streamline contract award, and expedient contract deliverables.
