Based in one of Accenture's London offices, my responsibilities included:To ensure the smooth day to day running of the Academy.To design and deliver internal training courses, both technical and soft skills courses.To assist in the planning and organisation of all learning and development initiatives.To liaise with the Location Managers to understand each location's training and development needs.To develop and maintain relationships with external professional training bodies.To organise and run new starter and supplier induction programmes.To develop relevant marketing and communication materials for new courses.To compile evaluation reports based upon feedback on the impact and success of training activities.

This role involved:Managing the development of the Customer Services team members and co-ordinating their efforts, to ensure operational objectives were met.Conducting monthly "one to one" meetings with the members of my team and providing performance feedback.Conducting training sessions on all Accenture internal systems for new members of the Customer Services team.Interviewing candidates for roles within the Customer Services team and assessing their suitability.
