I am a Master Plumber originally from the UK where I did my training and now based in Noosa. At Ocean Plumbing and Gas Services in Noosa, I have over 20 years’ experience working at the highest Australian standards.A lot of our work has been in strata-title buildings where water leaks have caused issues that go well beyond the boundary of a single apartment owner. One single water leak, if left undetected, can cause damage to multiple units and common areas. Because there’s generally only one water meter per complex, the bills are usually just split evenly, irrespective of an individual’s water use.
