+ Persuaded management to fund support for legacy program that information technology had abandoned and then transitioned from Oracle to Microsoft Access program.+ With no prior experience, within 2 days onsite recognized an environmental issue with greater than $1M in regulatory liability. Managed the project and contractors to eliminate the issues. Kept the project within budget.+ When initially assigned, site viewed negatively for regulatory compliance. Increased regulatory compliance and erased perception by meeting with internal customers, listening to health and environmental procedures and program concerns. Collaborated, flow charted, streamlined, trained, bolstered emergency response, and modeled compliance to move the site to best in class as proved by audits.+ Investigative skills and attention to details led to insights regarding risks thought to not be present at Bayway site.
