Part –time associates were then well trained so there was no decline in customer service. Result: operating profit per vehicle reached all-time high for that location in fiscal year 2012.• Created Customer Service Plans to improve Total Quality Service Index scores for all three Brands. Devised daily Auditing format that led to an immediate overall improvement of Customer Service Quality Index scores by 4% for the National brand.
