As an advisor, I specialise in working with entrepreneurial owners and directors in expanding businesses that are experiencing challenging circumstances and actively assist by drawing-on my first hand experience in building and running businesses, both as an owner/director and as an executive over the past 25 years.As an owner/director, I have partnered with people who are specialists in their fields with complimentary skills and experience to mine. I am currently an Executive Director & co-founder of Burley White & Co, a business advisory firm with a focus on turnaround situations and later stage start-ups; a Director & co-founder of Viviann Stuart Real Estate, a boutique residential real estate agency; and co-founder & Executive Director of Whitteel Pty Ltd (t/as Obi Software), a distributor of software for managing quality, safety and sustainability assurance Property Asset projects and portfolios in Asia Pacific region. Experience: Executive and Board roles in capacity of Chairman/NED, MD/CEO, Advisory Board member, COO/CFO. Finance, Insurance and Technology businesses and joint venture entities. Commercial lending, M&A, business integrations & disposals, securing equity and debt capital. Personal interests: Family, macro-economics and golf.
